At Raising Readers Inc, our mission is to empower families to help their children build early literacy skills and to provide immediate support to families when children fall behind.
We offer a variety of products and services to empower families and children. We provide the resources to support and promote the necessary academic skills children need to become successful readers. We coach and support parents-every step of the way- so they can best help their children. We offer research-based intervention when needed.
Volunteers are the backbone of our organization. We offer a variety of opportunities for individuals to get involved and make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
Raising Readers Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and empowering our community through helping children become proficient readers. It was founded by a teacher and serves to help fight our reading crisis, one child at a time. Our mission is to make a positive impact and create a better future for all.
